How Do I Know If My Organization Is In The Case?

If you are a military base or municipality that has purchased ARC Pro Series skatepark equipment then you may be one of the real parties in interest, or plaintiffs. Please review the list of plaintiffs. If your governmental entity is located within California, Delaware, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, or Virginia, and you are not listed then you should contact us immediately to determine whether you should be added to the suit.
